For Exchange/Return we have a 30 Days policy to contact us upon receiving the item.
1.An RA# is requested for all returns and exchanges
Before returning any Items, you must Email us to request for an RA#(return authorization).
RA# is strictly given via email only. Please include the four key elements:
a. Your order ID or the S/O number printed on the top of the packing slip;
b. The reason for the return;
c. Your contact information, such as Phone number and email.
d. On the items with defects, please provide the proof, such as photos.
2.How to prepare the return shipping to Beston
Please fill in the return slip printed on the bottom of the packing slip. Then pack the items in their original packing and ship it to Beston by any carrier of your convenience ( UPS, Fedex or Post office).
"If you could provide us the tracking information for the return, it would help speeding up the refund process."
3.Who should pay the shipping back to the retailer
Customer pays for the item shipped back to us, unless we shipped you the wrong item or the products have some defects. Our profit margin is very low and it does not cover the two way shipping since we want regular customers enjoy the low price purchase and "Free shipping" under normal circumstances.
4.Return For Exchange
a. If you want to exchange to different size, color or style, just ship the package back to us, and we will ship the replaced item to you for free
b. After first exchange any other exchange(s) you wish will be charged shipping cost + re-stocking fee,$15.00 for shoes and $10.00(Lingerie/Swimsuit)
c. Cost difference may apply when exchanging an item.
5.How to expedite and exchange
Uusally the Exchange process takes about 10 business days. If you want the replacement to be ship immediately rather than waiting, please contact us to order the correct size, color, style you would like to exchange, and we will issue you a complete refund upon receiving the item you have in hand. This way it will shorten your exchange time by about a week.
6.Return for Refund?
If you don't like the item or you changed your mind, just ship the item back to us and we will issue a refund once item is receive in our facility.
Any expedited shipping cost is non-refundable. Any shipping charge for non-free shipping items is non-refundable.
7.For Wrong Item or Defective item
a. Please try to show us the proof such as a photo of any item that's wrong or defective.
b. If you receive a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we will issue you the return label to ship the item back to us.
c. If you choose not to replace the order, we will issue you a full refund upon receiving the returns.
8.International Returns: (Outside of the United States)
a. The buyer has to ship the item back at his/her own cost.
b. Beston Shoes reserves the right to reject any packages with high duty.
c. The international shipping fee is nonrefundable.
We will issue you a refund on the product cost upon receiving the return.
Any items that are not in their original condition, show signs of wear (scuffs, scratches, stains,used, etc.), or are not in the original box/packaging are non-refundable. Opened lingerie is non-refundable.
ANY FORM of shipping cost (expedite/international/regular ) is non-refundable.Any item returned to us with no RA# is non-refundable.
